Peak Water Theory in the Athabasca Oil Sands Fairway.

The Peak Water Research document is a study of the cumulative business plans of oil sands mining and heavy oil operations in the Athabasca region.  The cumulative plans affect access to both groundwater and surface water in order to fully engage in resource extraction.  The study offers insight into physical and legislated constraint on oil production in the region.  Most importantly the study includes an index of companies that offer solutions to mitigating risk with respect to water access in the Athabasca.  The base study and investment thesis sells for $750 plus tax, shipping, and handling.
